Rick Fields

Rick Fields brings 40 years of experience in the multifamily housing maintenance industry to The Maintenance Academy. Originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee, Rick is a proud United States Air Force veteran and has spent the past 11½ years serving as Lead Service Technician for Northland at Grandeville on Saxon.

With four decades of hands-on experience, Rick brings a wealth of practical knowledge and real-world insight to the maintenance profession.

Outside of work, Rick is a proud father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, with another great-grandchild on the way. He's an avid music lover who enjoys just about every genre and a die-hard Alabama football fan.
