Rachel Cobb is the Regional Development Manager at THS National, bringing over a decade of specialized experience in multifamily construction, renovations, value-add amenities, and asset improvement. With more than 15 years of expertise in building and leading high-performing teams, Rachel is known for her commitment to excellence and operational efficiency within the multifamily industry. Rachel has been an active leader in the industry, serving on the Board of her local Apartment Association, including two terms as a Supplier Partner and two terms on the Executive Board as Treasurer. She has also contributed as an instructor, teaching a variety of courses in leadership, customer service, and supplier relations, supporting the professional development of industry peers.
